It would make the player seem invincible...until the inevitable barrage of taxis break your stride in the middle of a crossroad.

I think that there should be a randomised chance that your car could catch fire from using it.

That is definitely possible, if the game is ever released on PC.

I won't be able to play the PC version myself, but I would assume it will be ported to the PC? It would, to me, seem like a foolish thing not to do.
