Aggressive people at work

Working in Game today some asian chavs come in, and demand a full refund for a game they purchased, the other girl on the till checked the disk, which was clearly screwed up and tampered with, so she refuses the refund because it was obvious they did it themselves and it wasn't sold that way (it was brand new, not pre-owned).

They immediately start kicking off, being aggressive, shouting abuse and insults, threatening to rob us, and hit us, so the manager jumps in and after a lot of arguing he threatens to call security if they didn't leave there and then, one of the asian guys goes "Go on, call security, have me arrested" and continued being violent, so my manager calls security who quickly appear and asked them to leave.

The asian guys replied with a "fuck off" to security, who then had to physically grab them and throw them out of the shop and out of the shopping centre altogether.. What fuckin idiots, how is threatening the lasses behind the till gonna make us go "Why yes, ok, have a full refund for your own stupidity"

when i was working at next, i did the Next security on some days for the Bristol shopping centre security system

was fun, but there was one eve when some theives went around looking suspicious and shit, anyway on the intercom i heard that they were infamous because one had AIDS and threatened other security guys with a needle

So when they walk past my shop, and start mouthing me off, well, that was some scary shit, but oh well
