You are far not the first one, who suggested this, {DXS}Destroyer.
To make it understandable...
Beside the normal coding, which is done by UnrealScript and u-packages, there exists another area of coding. It's called native coding.
This means the code is generated in the programming language c++ and it's saved in DLL files.
Apart of the fact, that we don't have a coder who is good enough to code something like this with c++, there's the problem that clients couldn't download the dll files, like they normally download the u-packages or utx etc..
Since they cannot download that dll packages, for using the voice feature, their DX would crash.
i.e. BOOM, GPF, System hard error
get it, {DXS}Destroyer?
