Deus Ex Radar?

Would a radar be possible in DX - shows people/items as dots, or has it been tried/suggested before, or would it be too complicated.

It was just an idea. Might as well start posting with something that has the possiblility of being slightly helpful.

People showed interest in it when it was first suggested, I dunno if it went anywhere though.

Unfortunately it's not possible, because in MP, the items that aren't in your sight of view, get removed, to save bandwidth. They're being respawned at your client, when you could see them again.

Thats good, then the radar has a limit, make it limited to that range!!
