My opinion is:
its nothing to add one-two easy rooms or to add some stuff/things on map, that created another one guy. Is it so hard for you to create your own, completely own map? And I'm 14 too, all my maps are created by me.
You even didn't bind textures on floor/walls. You can release such works but it looks funny. Sorry, if my opinion is bit insulting for you, but it's only opinion :)

Nope not at all...

I have just found out how to add actors...
This is BETA...not full release so expect funny things :lol:

All I need when i'm finshed is to do a lift in the 'deserted lift shaft' and a working prison below it where the room is...thats all i need...


All i have to do is sort out the textures and make a few weapons for the DXMP_BBQHQMPEDITION...

DXMP_BBQ HQ = CLAN ONLY MAP

DXMP_BBQHQMPEDITION = ALL NEW 'POOL PARTY LIKE' MAP...FEATURING A SHOOTING RANGE :P

I'll release Funline_Passionclub before you all. Passionclub has ultimate prisoning system (for example, i've decide problem when people kill prisoners) and good system with turrets (you don't need to use emp if you want to get someone to prison). Anyway, map is beautiful (1200 polys already) and not big in size. It has good shop and also party. Party looks like real hehe... I think i'll complete it to Friday. It's not big comparing with IHParty. IHParty is 2500 polys and 1 mb without compression already, while i've finished only 1/3 of the map. Fantastic. You will be able to see AussieFella's, Daedalus's, Ded's, Kosyak's own offices.

If you don't know even basics in mapping, do not claim good work as your own. Adding new classes to the map IS VERY EASY. Just advice: do not release sooo EASY works - it looks stupid. I hope to see your next maps much better.

and i dont think you should use UeD2, no matter what Daedalus says, you have to open a new window every time you want to add a new actor, and the actors show up as little chess pieces! grrrrr i hate UeD2

Because UeD2 is created for latest versions of Unreal Engine. I was working on UeD2 3-4 hours per day this week but i've never seen GPF in it. And UeD2 has cool design (interface design) and better browser managment system. And most important (!), it has very good rebuilder. No more brush cuts.
When you need to add some classes into your map, save it, close UeD2 and goto UeD1, where you can easily add them. Do not rebuild map in UeD1. I can understand that it is hard to work using another interface, but, try to adapt on UeD2, just little bit per day. And after that, you will, probably, prefer it and it will be easy to work on it. Just skills.
By the way, DX2 was built on UeD3... But ISA said that they won't release it's SDK untill they'll release it for another their game (i forgot the name) because that game has greater community then DX2 community.
And enjoy DX1 engine editors, because mapping for UeD3 will be harder, using 3D-editors (for example, 3DStudio Max). And it won't be possible to re-cast UeD3 for current DX engine.
Thanks to Ded for all of these information. He is really professional one in DX editing :D

Ok, you may use it of course, just dont forget to write that textures are made by Alliance and [A] allowed it to use it in your map readme.
