I'm currently embarking on a small Single player 'project' and as such have got to a point where I'm finding it difficult to manage everything myself.

If anyone is interested, the maps aren't MP maps and need to be detailed, PM if you are with a couple of screenshots of previous work and I'll give you further details, you can do as much or little as you want and as far as restraints go, I'll only tell you a few key things that need to be in them, other than that I'm fairly liberal towards your ideas.

I don't want to go into too much detail in public at the moment, but things I need done include a bar, a large police compound and an office complex.

Okay, seriously, your street smart for the win thing is so absolutely nerdy that I brought the concept behind it and had it caught on with my real life associates and it has became an derogatory term between us that basically means: nerd. Bit of a rag. I feel sorry for you street smarts.
