My Neocron Map

Well the mod neocron has been actually dead for awhile now, because my modder aka Aidivn got bored and stopped hanging around. Well I'm giving away my unfinished map for mappers to get some inspiration for their maps. Some things done in this map weren't perfect, because I started on it a little over 2 years ago. The purchase terminals aren't implemented in this. When Aidivn hosted he summoned them.

Some models I made in milkshape. Basically text signs for buildings and also the windows are mesh.

Well right now it's not really playable. I just posted it so other mappers might get some inspiration from it... thats all.

The skybox changes from day to night and back again. The sun stays there. Was going to be taken out.

yeah took some patience lol. Atleast the texture file turned out to be around 200kb

I wonder if you could use LevelTime and/or tick in a custom light class to make the actual lighting change too =D

We were thinking of coding ways. Never figured it out. Im not a good modder, so I definately didn't have an idea. haha...

You could make the sun an animated texture which changes into a moon perhaps?

Even if I put a giant floating penis mesh in there, its not his fault, so what would he have to be ashamed of?

The irony of that is... That when I went in their testing some time ago, one of this things that was summoned was exactly what you said. A giant penis XD

Yeah it had a face on it and apparantly it was "Mr. Happy" ... But it still looked realy dodgy. :lol:
