Deus Ex Alpha

My comp *should* be able to run it (9600XT 256MB, Athlon 3200+ Socket 754) - I mean, the Thief 3 demo ran fine - but the fact is, the graphics code is incredibly inefficient.

Con:
>JC and Paul looks awful and abit gay
>The fact that guns depend on Mako energy (you will find out more at the Mako Ballistics, if you want to risk it)
>making a cute guy with rip off prices (grrrr...)
Pro:
>A mix of DX1 and DXIW
>the fact that you can choose whether to play as female or male (i think)
>Interesting weapon designs (weird alternate fire)
>gotta luv the Widow SMG...

Joy, I finally got it yesterday.

Set about playing it immeadiatly. The dynamic lighting is just spectacular, and the physics are fun (when are extreme physics not fun?!)

Still only in the Mako Biolabs though. So far so good I must say

Completed it. Pretty good with the community texture pack/1.2 patch.

Lighting is just fucking awesome. I know the physics are so unrealistic but I get to play as super groo, so i'm not bloody complaining!

Anyway, done the JC/Paul end and Leo's end.

Still to do the other 2 (?)

got a p4 2.4ghz and ati radeon 9600 and it doesnt lag at all for me
