But if he doesn't understand 'No.', how could he possibly comprehend a reason behind it? Or are we not talking 'doesn't understand' by way of pure stupidity?

By the pure stupiditly of Deviant , I think he will not understand the word "No" as it does not explain anything , except , it only really means "No , fuck off" That is how I would describe the term "No" , as it contains no other explanation , it normally comes with another word like "Fuck No" or "Fuck hell no" as it joins the words up and explains them to the client.

Personally , I think Your "Funline" maps are very anoying as all these anoying people do is say , "NO YOU CANT WORK IN THE SHOP , IM WORKING IN THE SHOP" Really is anoying then as soon as you get into that "Shop" the admin is in there and he bans you.

It's up to the server hoster what rules are on the server, not the map makers.
