Require the Funlineeffects.utx file

I require the Funlineeffects.utx i cant find it anyhwere on the website can some plz give me the direct link to this file Funlineeffects.utx i require it as my FL-1-2 & weapons market cannot be hosted without it.

Note: i ve tried the link in the topic Funline FAQ to this file it doesnt work.
