No, it's not.
It would make little difference unless you use UnrealEd alot and like to place modded weapons in your maps.

tantulas i have found the problem u need to edit but make a back up befor u do so cos' i might be wrong get a total new map first delet your old one and the effects file then download it again 8)

so deinstall not used programs or games and clean your drive with the clean utility of windows
