Anyone here have problems with Unreal Ed who use Vista?

The problem is that people use vista AT ALL! :o

Maybe your one just hates you, try replacing it with mine, if that doesn't help you may need an updated one for Vista. :shock:

I have attached all files that are necessary to run UnrealEd on Windows Vista x64.
Just unpack the archive to DeusEx\System folder and run register.cmd from the console (with Administrator rights).

Lawl, dumbass. How could you not get help with this problem? I had the same issue (I hate Vista, looking to buy Windows XP Pro actually lol) but I used a little thing called Problem Reports and Solutions Center.

Sure, it ain't much help normally but because this is a missing DLL error it can help. It linked me to the download page via Microsoft.com and it fixed all my UnrealEd problems. Just like that.
