Map Detail Question about light!

I was wondering when i see a detailed map i look at the light and i see sort of a 'Halo Effect' where it looks really realistic....how do u do that?

hmm...ok have u ever looked outside a car window at night and looked at a street light and saw a sortta ring of light...

You mean a Lens Flare effect? Like the one on the lampposts in [GODZ]_HorizonBeach?

Believe it or not, it has its own dedicated class. Called LensFlare. Experiemnt with it :D
