He's referring to binds, if I'm not mistaken.

A bind in my case however, is a way to compensate for the not-properly-working mouse scrollbutton.

I have a medbind that when released, goes to the 1st weapon, but I barely use it.

My medbind takes out a med when pressed, and takes out a weapon when released. However, I mainly use it just for taking out a weapon, so that I am able to activate all my needed augs, take out a weapon, aim, move and possibly jump/crouch at the same time without dying from the hand strain.

my medbind, for some reason, takes out my lockpick, even though i have the bind set right. It's not very useful during teh intense situations

Is there a way to schedule a split-second wait in between the selecting slot 9 and parsing the click? Because maybe it's clicking and trying to select slot 1 before the medkit is out, thus making the medkit only show up.
