A server appeared for a short time with the name "R.I.P Hanz, we'll miss you!". I need information on this if anyone knows anything, Hanz was a long time friend of mine.

Lol! How about if, he was, your friend, you contact him - like 10% of this forum know who he is, and 4% of that 10% actually care. I love the way you think posting here will suddenly solve everything instantly - like you post a request and expect an immediate code magic'ed out of no-where. If he was your friend, how about you contact him? Clicking the server gave you an email address and admin name no? Perhaps you didn't check, or perhaps it didn't have one. Also "R.I.P", I bet he'll be back in a week.
