I said attempted admin abuse ONCE.

u did attempt to ban HDD, while you were the disruptive player and HDD was minding his own business.

That does qualify as admin abuse.

And yes u fail at admin, you have too many arguments with ppl.

FGS has always been the best, most impartial and mature admin in DX.

If it was admin abuse, I would've banned him right away.

And as for the "FGS is best etc etc blabla" => Yeah... right.
I actually think CG had quite good admins (Malachai was CG, right?) and so a lot of other.

Saying you asked for permission is not proof unless somebody else from FGS, or ShadowRunner himself, can confirm that. And by the looks of it, ShadowRunner isn't going to do so anytime soon.

HDD21 was in the server a lot of times before while I was logged in admin, and I never banned him. As for "being afraid of being banned". THE GUY HAS A DYNAMIC IP AND HE KNOWS HE CANNOT BE BANNED. MMADVBAN WAS THE ONLY WAY WE COULD BAN HIM.

Didn't think it looked right. Saw no substantial proof anywhere. And ShadowRunner, you have posted no proof to say Alex's "behavior" on the FGS server was admin abuse. I don't however, condone Alex's "molestation of FGS community business, our survey of beretta" as you call it and I believe that he shouldn't have interfered but it's over and done now so get over it and stop complaining. You can't turn back time, can you?

you are aggressive and hostile and like Jon on the server, you show no respect, EDIT:he demanded mapchanges, didnt like the map etc, that map was a trial too, an old GODZ map, insist u know what is good for community and by running the server you refuse to let the community decide about beretta on Altfire... different maps etc, the two servers are not a valid experiment.

HDD21 is not afraid to be banned once. He is afraid of being banned over and over again. HDD21 has a dynamic IP and knows he can easily return after resetting his IP (Which takes him 5 minutes, he just had to show me on MSN). So he was not afraid, he was trying to get the sympathy and support from FGS by pretending to be a small boy who might get banned forever.

I'm glad u see that there's nothing wrong in getting to the bottom of something or the truth or the exact issue in hand...

It is not the first time that Alex has caused player/s to leave our server...

And this is topic is not only about this issue

it is about community resources being wasted in a futile vendetta... mine and [A]'s resources...

it is £2.25 per slot for my server. The beretta test was supposed to be useful...

The best thing would have been to let beretta win the vote...

Alex should have not brought this into our server, thats what we tell noobs.

He should have posted ban request on our forums...

and also discussed with us about altfire... he didnt have to go this far, to get beretta back on...

EDIT: OK now can u just for once come to earth and be mere mortals like the rest of the community and go and vote and take your server off, at least until monday, so we can see what players feedback is, playing without beretta...

Listen, Cant we all get along ? The LAST thing we want know is a mass argument within FGS / Alpha maybe every other clan might turn on everyone? there would be know peace keeping within dx and everyone would just quit so put a sock in it and just make up. jeez. your like Jack & Vera..

Chain of events:

1. Bunch of ppl drive me mad arguing about weapons on our server...

2. I decided to put it to the vote to shut everyone up. Also I wanted altfire experts from FGS and A and other clans to watch battles between the USUAL players, balanced as usual... and make conclusions whether beretta was right or not. It is winning the vote with a 60% majority, it already looks like I've rigged the vote for beretta to win, so it is extra-ordinary the lengths that alex is going to, to disrupt this research and final proof, which will for once and for all shut everyone up and we can play in peace.

Your help would be appreciated, we need that MOTD infolink mod that could occasionally spam the infolink and tell players where to vote... and how to bind altfire etc...

as you can see beretta is gonna win... alex's server is just a waste of good resources, there is a DXAG revival and a need for fresh RPG... several clans are warring in DXAG very soon and you have a map comp, many good reasons for running other stuff...
