On a personal note however I'd suggest to leave bomb-defuse mod out of this and add something more popular, something better known instead. Like Deus Ex Stargate or CTF mod.

I'm also wondering if this tournament is actually thrown in hopes of bringing back the veterans or refreshing the still playing clans like [FGS] or [RTK]. (Not long ago did I hear about the death of [REN], it's unfortunate in a half-dead MP game like this)
