It's strongly recommended to upgrade at least to the final V1.4 (http://www.dxalpha.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=252568 - scroll down a fairly bit) or download a newer V1.5 alpha version from my site directly: http://zzora.altervista.org/Nephthys.html. This applies not only to your master server, Hock, but to all game servers (and even game clients) in general.
Testing your master server with a bug-fixed Nephthys game server shows that it doesn't work properly.
