Because I am not going to wait and download 85 MBs to play on a server.

Can we haz please...

1. Poor's suicide vest
2. Alex's plant the bomb, but with ability to position bomb
3. Clyzm weps
4. Chinny, mine and any other CS maps edited for the mod + mapvote. Only CS conversions.
5. VIP mode (One player get's sawn-off only and is "VIP", only kicks in if 3+ players)
6. Hostage mode (NPC's)
7. Quake sounds mod
8. Quit removing lockpicking, hacking and tooling, incorporate it.
9. DXRV Smoke grenades, in small amounts here and there.
10. Flashbang

I also made this mod a couple years ago, because people were complaining about the file size of MP5s.u. It's only 8mb. I don't know if it's the same mod you guys are referring to or not, but just thought I'd bring it up

This is where I think you're making a mistake. You might as well go play CS then.
DX's advantages over CS 1.6 at least, complexity of movers/elevators, cameras, tooling, etc...
Also breakables in DX are so much better. Vending machines, TNT etc... there's a million reasons to make CS like DX, but I can't really think of any reason to make DX like CS. Just one example, DX has xbows that can fire underwater. Or the vending machine can actually work or break etc.

And tools aren't going to add lag. Not these days. I just think 0-aug goes way too far sometimes. It's a brilliant map, but even comparing the DX version of Office to the CS version, there's actually more interaction in the CS version, ladder/crates, breakable windows, storm shutters that open and close, it's been ripped out of the DX version.

This is my concern. That especially with custom weps, it's popularity could quickly wain, once the novelty wears off.

CS-Conversions. This means converting a map from CS to DXMP.

Also you might want to consider, with daylight maps, it's very hard to read the infolink, if the map is bright.

hey Clyzm,

one problem,

it doesn't work on multiplayer. The odd thing it doesn't work when the server mode is dedicated. I can host a non-dedicated server multipalyer and the guns spawn. But I switch to dedicated it replaces the guns, but the guns are invisible..

Its really strange.

Not sure exactly how to fix it, but maybe this missing file will help. Place it in the System folder and tell me what you find out

hey thanks, yea u gotta have the int.

Wait: it doesn't work still on multiplayer online. I'm not sure why though.

I used some code from hejhuka to get the guns to replace. But its definitely a no go.

try placing them in the SDK? Does that work?

I'm not sure. Like I said, I got it working, but anyone else who uses this current package won't be able to use cuz the guns aren't visible in multipalyer.

I'm not sure why.
