You're welcome :) Yes, console versions (regular edition) are $59.99 for both PS3 (da best), and 360. However... The (regular edition) PC version will only cost you $49.99.

It's funny because if you want the augmented edition of DX:HR on PC, it's going to cost you $59.99 (regular console price)... and will cost a whopping $69.99 for consoles.

Yeah, but amazon is slow as shit (not to mention the absurd shipping fees). If you purchase from Amazon, expect to start playing a month after everyone's beat the game in every possible way.

Yes that's correct. Alex says the Europe tiers only apply to Valve games now though.

If money is a concern, there seems little point in paying £30 for a figurine. Augmented edition ftw, since it should contain the nice 40 page artbook.
