North American consumers may be at unease, as they open their special pre-order boxes of DX:HR, install the game, then begin to play, only to realize that they're missing their DLC goodies.

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO GET YOUR DLC BACK. DONT DIE ON ME GUYS..

#1) On the bottom of your Gamestop receipt, there is a "feedback Number:", and to the left of it is your DLC code. This works for some people, but not for all.

#2) Phone gamestop head office with your receipt in hand (or other retailer), and ask them if they have the DX:HR pre-order code leaflets. Let them know about your issue, and they'll give you a code. Most stores might want you to show your proof of purchase before they give you a code.
