Because nothing is need to be translated now. You will have lots of work when a mod will be released.

I don't need mappers because I prefer doing all maps myself.
2027 needs a model animator.

Weapon models.
All models are fully ready and textured, so you only need to animate them for the 'in hand' view.
I have models in Milkshape format, but that's not a problem to export it into 3DS. I need just basic vertex animations, not skeletal ones.

OK, Milkshape is fine by me.

So... I think that's all the questions I have, so if you want me to do some then send me a Milkshape file along with a short description of the animations you want and I'll do my best! Then we can see how it goes from there.
