they are looking for publishers now I think, so he is very much still in the business!

erm, i mean the business as in Ion

Ion Storm never owned the right to Deus Ex, Eidos does. The User Agreement is still valid.

Goddammit, again: both, Ion Storm and Eidos own the copyright. If Ion Storm didnt own then they couldn't put their logo on the box, i think.

If you read the back of the Deus Ex Invisible way box it says
Deus Ex: Invisble War copyright 2004 Ion Storm

Ion Storm would be aloud to put there name on the box if they hadn't owned the the copyright, It would have been in the terms of agreement when EIdos signed them up to make the game.

BUT as Eidos owned Ion Storm anyway Eidos did therefor in turn own the Deus Ex Copyright.

Is this still current?

At least we can end the argument of whether Ion Storm own any copyrights or not. To which, I believe they do not.

First of all, they don't even exist anymore. They deprecated a few years after Invisible War (or at least Snowblind) and secondly, Warren Spector has also stated that he doesn't own the IP to Deus Ex and Eidos wouldn't sell it to him.

I think it would be nice to the Parisian talk with a French accent

I'm pretty sure that there's no voice acting.
