Deus Ex Alpha

I need a few people to help me with a project in development. I need to know I can get the help before I write the script, do the map, etc.

I'm working on a DX machinima. I know what happened to Breadfan, but the assholes at Eidos can't bitch when I put it on YouTube. It's been done before. [DX-ST]DJ has a machinima on YouTube, only his doesn't have voice actors, just text.

I'm not concerned about voice actors for now, I'm sure I could find a few once I get a team together, but what I need first is someone that can lend me some filming time on their server, passworded. The PC I run my server on will have shit FPS, plus I own Fraps on this one. I also need actors. People who will just do what the script says, it wouldn't be much. I'll make the map myself, and do up the script. But like I said, I just need to know I can get the resources first.

what is machinima?

Machinima is a movie, based on a game or any other 3D engine.

You can learn more & download some at Machinima.com.

There was an attempt to make a Deus Ex Machinima, but it was closed due to claim by Eidos Interactive; supposedly they didn't like use of their trademark and obscene language.

Survive, I mean voice actors and people to do the actions like firing a gun, walking to a certain place, etc.

I would, but it isn't possible. Breadfan expanded his project and it was shut down. Mine will have to remain a few threads and videos on my previously made GlobalNode channel, not exclusive to the machinima(s).

I have an idea for filming. You can ghost and fly around to get nice shots.

I know. I've worked every angle in a test map already.

When do you want to start Zeitgeist?

Probably 3. And today. And yes Kaiden, I would deactivate my HUD. Although I find it better to assign keys for it.

I'm also going to have to put a message after the credits saying it's a demo recording of a multiplayer mod, because in essence it is.

Just remind you, -[DXS]- are still offering help.

Although tbh I'm not particularly enthusiastic about doing any "acting" and shit. I'm just saying the server is yours once you got a team sorted and stuff.

Besides, my copy of DX doesn't record Demorecs as I haven't updated the engine, coz I don't use demorec function.
