Nein!
They wrote Invisible War in a way that all three endings could be accomodated.

JC killed Bob Page, then proceeded to merge with the Helios AI.

From then on, Helios in the form of software, spread across the internetwork meaning it could run independantly of the super computer stationed in Area51.
JC then brought down world communications by destroying Area51, and resided somewhere in the arctic.

There, JC and Helios stayed, depleated of their energy, but built themselves a sanctuary, where they began to rule the world in from the shadows.

What do you think what happened when you merged with Helios. :)

None of the other 2 endings happened, the consequences did though, not the meetings with the people.

Nothing says they didn't happen.
In fact I am pretty sure that JC must have met with Everette after the Collapse, or else the Illuminati wouldn't hate JC so much in the second game.

"HEY I JUST DESTORYED A51 AND I STILL WANT TO JOIN"
"FUK U, GO GO INVISBLEHAND ZORD!"

Impossible, thats why they got pissed. :)

JC. destoyed their only full access to a UC, X51 wouldn't of let it be used other than for the virus cure disribution,

But JC also destroyed the plague.
I am guessing that Helios got a hold of other UCs and used them.
I mean, the one in HK wasn't the only UC.

As said in the game:
X51 and A51 only had the last ones.

JC could of used the A51 one to his will to destroy the nanites that made the 'plague' happen in people's bodies.
Llumi would of kept it and rule with their hand easily.

Llumi were devestated by JC's actions as he knew he shouldn't give it at all, so JC helped everyone and destoryed the whole place with help from Helios to guide him, or eachother, he could see what Llumi wanted.

Checkmate.
I am dead.

Still a hole, why did Chad Dumier and Nicolette DuClare end up so powerful if JC was their adversary.

They were part of Llumi, but nothing to do with JC's actions really.
