No, it is pointless, because my splash screen is on for a maximum of 3 seconds before the game starts.

Help folder. Rename your image to Logo.bmp, make sure its 8bit.

BTW: Mine actually has more to it than looking good. Since DX is "dying", I felt I had to put in like a crime scene, as if though it's been murdered, although, I also put in a "frozen" effect, because no one is attempting to play it anymore, so it is "still".

Make text, right click on the layer and goto the propities of it, click the top bar that says something like BLAHBLAH::Default, then change to Soft Light..

Here's some I created:

Fire. I like to call it just that, fire.

Reise, Reise copy of Blackbox.

I like to call this one Bluework, because it's like bloodwork, cept its blue...

I like to call this one No Green Thumb, cus its a cutscene of REOF2 and I was running outta names..

And last but not least, the Fire Lanox splash screen (the image to the left of the text is a guy in sunglasses with a hood)

I have an idea! In Graphics discussion, as a part of the sig competitions, why not make a week 2 - Splash Screen logo art?

you have to include the words "Deus Ex", "Ion Storm", and "Eidos".

This is a slightly cleaner version of what I released with the Installer.

And this is from the box-art, fit to size, and with some slight color fixes to look a bit more ambient.
