And how exactly would you know this?
Any pages displayed on a server, unless hardware stat pages(See: PHPSysInfo), do not effect the quality of a server.

My server allows unlimited disk space, and as much bandwidth as I can upload.
Lifes good with your own server.

I have one which I don't pay for, but I do have unlim diskspace, and almost unlim bandwith (500GB, but they suck @ measuring, it's resetted to 0KB every hour or day)

Mine is thrown together from older parts I had around.
I'm in the works of getting an ex-government server though.
