Fuck you GMT bastards. I hate you all. Why? Because I'm fucken asleep at both those times. I DO NOT GET UP AT 6AM IN THE MORNING.

DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL.

May I say though I am honestly not bothered. Since the majority of people here seem to be in the UK so having it set at GMT makes perfect sense.

Their servers are laggy as FUCK, even for someone living in the US.

I can't even get past basic training because of random timeouts from contacting the server. Ridiculous.

From the wiki:

Due to the massive load of players attempting to create accounts, qualify for training, and play on live servers, the Authorization servers for the game, hosted by Pragmatic, have been crippled. The developers and US Army personnel are working to solve this problem, but it's still remains a problem as of 10:00 A.M. EDT (GMT -4) 06/18/2009

Users are requested to wait patiently until the authorization servers can be relieved of some of the load they're having to deal with.


Not giving up hope though, CMON US GOVERNMENT!

gonna join if i find my hl2 disc thing somewhere and have a reason to use steam. those L4D videos on YT you had were entertaining enough for me to consider getting it a little more than I have so far.
