This game would be great to play, if it didn't crash/freeze every two minutes...

I never liked the engine to begin with really. Neat ideas implemented in it, but there are better engines out there.

Several amazing mods came out since then.

Mods: Fixing Bethesda's laziness since 2002.

They released a mod where you can pilot a vertibird and drive a motorcycle around on the Mojave as well. Access to the vertibird is canon only and makes sense (it's at Nellis AFB)


Goooooooooooooood shit man. Mods for the Fallout series make it a different game altogether. I'm still playing Fallout 3 with FWE and a bunch of other stuff that make it really hard and realistic.
