Not really a lecture when it's 8 minutes.

In order for us to transition to a type 1 civilisation, we need to be fully globalised, states need to become federalised.

Until that point, we're going nowhere.

There is no time span in the definition of lecture. The definition is "An educational talk to an audience"

I've had a few professor's go on a tangent sometimes, and who would tell us that they're going on to a "short lecture", that would help us to better understand what he's talking about.



A lot can change in ten years, I hope for some progress toward type 1.
