Man, those last two were favourites for me on any console.

I might've played spyro and perhaps croc but I don't think I've ever played Raptor :$

I think we all should mention our first PS1 games too, and coincidentally my first ever game on PS1 was a driving game, it was:

Driver:
Image
and another game I'd like to mention is:

Crash: BASH!
Image
it was a freaking awesome game, me and my brother would play on 2-P mode campaign, I would love to play it again w/ my bro

Because, dudes - Lavaland.
LAVALAND. And you get a tank. Which you can blow other racers of the course with! It could only be more awesome if it didn't look like arse, and the cars had tits and were on fire.

I wonder what made them thought that grid backgrounds would be appealing at all.

I've been dying to reply to this thread for days. I just wanted to do this more gracefully, but I'll just say it:

Croc is fucking shit. It's a really bad platformer that didn't do particularly well at anything when compared to methods already established by Spyro, Crash Bandicoot and Super Mario 64. Also the fact it's from the same devs who brought you quality titles such as; Big Rigs and The War Z.

I'm sorry, but, yeah, it wasn't even good back then either.

The Neptune-a-like water boss is broken as fuck. You lose all your crystals to it once and you are booooned~! D:

(also the controls are meh, but not as bad as Bubsy 3D. Which I also had the displesaure of actually owning as a kid. Analogue control for Croc is a no-go though, it makes it even worse if that's at all possible...)

Crash Bandicoot 2 (possibly black-label only?) pack in demo disc was pretty hot too.
