User list cleaning

I'm going to clean the user list now since there are a lot of spambot adverts from times when we had no protection installed, there are duplicates (eg 2 Zephrons, 3 Labtecs and etc) and so on.
I will delete ONLY accounts that are never used: that means that the owner has never logged in and duplicates that are no longer used.
