The new forum is in the last stage of preparation — I have to fix minor problems with the styles and add two small mods.

It will have been finished by next Saturday.

After update, all bans and warnings will be nulled, so Mike, Klop, Mainman, Dejavu, Wonderbread will be unbanned.

There will be a new warnings system — 3 warnings and 4-th warning will result in ban. I induce our moderators to be much stricter to rulebreakers.

The system will be techincally improved — you'll see how many warnings do you have in your profile, and moderators will be able to assign them by clicking a "warn" button instead of posting a message. The system will automatically send an e-mail to the user each time he or she is warned, and once the amount of warnings hits 4, the forum will automatically ban him or her. For some peculiar cases, moderators will have an ability to ban even without these warnings. So, moderators will have more freedom <s>and save time for admins</s>.

Sooner, we will revise the Rules, most likely I'll suggest removing the rule about double post and 1 word messages, but adding more Rules concerning discrimination.

Maybe some topics will be archived (most likely, rant about hacking epic and many other topics from "rant box", and some messages from [A] Photo Section, since it contains a lot of spam and dead links).

Reset warning, does that mean everybody get second chance or you will issue new bans to certain people like DejaVu? Or you give even dejavu a new chance assuming that at the time he is in no way attacking the community? In that case id bring up the matter with clix believing that his server is still being attacked by dejavus stray bot, if thats confirmed even partly perhaps you can again issue perma ban.

I think the same, people who got lifetime or decades worth of ban time deserved it, and probably more than once or twice.
