Good entertainment value, good acting, worth watching on a lazy weekend ^^
Anyone else seen it so far? I expect a sequel.

Sell-out or no sell-out, these people out there are richer than either of us. They can pump out as much bad acting, scripts, effects or other shit they want. Why? Because people still suck the crap up like it's milk through a fucking straw.

Some day Bob, some day I'll marry your children. You won't love that.

Some day I shall control the world with an iron fist. But today is not that day.

Did go and see it right enough. Was a littlebetter than I was expecting but then again I was expecting the film equivalent of premature ejaculation.

The plot is extremley far fetched and although Downey Jr. exudes the awkward brilliance of Holmes I think it's ridiculous that he was cast over the likes off Daniel Day Lewis or Ralph Fiennes shows the influencial hand of Hollywood and I imagine, due to the dialogue, that Guy Ritchie didn't have much to do with the script.

3/5

Hollywood has a lack of freedom in regards to creativity, I don't think that's unknown to be honest.

It's not unknown but it doesn't make the film much better.
