They use stupidly similar strong structures, easily noticed to the human ears was 'Baby, baby, baby'/'Friday, Friday, Friday' and if you check at both 2m30s on each song there's a rapper giving a bit of REPS, STREET WISE BIGGIN' IT UP. Whoever constructed that song definitely copied whoever made Bieber's Baby Baby Baby and it's clearly worked. The only difference is that Bieber can sorta actually sing and Rebecca Black's auto-tune is not subtle in Friday.
This is why the song is a beast, it's obvious plagiarism. Moving onto the original content of this musical masterpiece...

She's going to end up dropping that shit label either herself or themselves will sell it to some huge one and make viral songs forever.
So to be fair, no you're wrong despite the quality of Bieber to her, Rebecca '16 million at the current time of this post' Black's Friday is indeed a positioned product that can be exploited in future. Need I say it again?, this song by the chorus alone is going to be the anthem for tween girls and camp boys for a long time.
I repeat it really doesn't matter about how she looks at the moment, I can't wait to flick through ITV or BBC with adverts for their shows during CBBC & CITV promoting them with this song in the background.
