His age would worry me because his price tag would be rather high, however, if we get him for a decent fee, i'd be happy, he can cover the wing but mostly he can play up front which we need more cover in.

No he wont. Suso can't do the dirty work that Allan does. Suso would be wasted playing the Joe Allen role, and he's far too talented to be wasted in a different role.

Did you watch the Toronto match? Did you see his skill to pass 3 players and shoot? He's super talented. Him and Sterling should get games next year, though Sterling might go on loan. Pacheco has never reached his potential, but based on his performance against Toronto, even thought they are awful, he could get a few games in Europa etc next year. Adjoran looked out of his depth, which is a shame because he's very talented aswell. I hope we don't waste Suso on the wing.

I've watched too many pre-season games over the years, seen too many players i thought who looked good who ended up rubbish, and too many players who looked awful who ended up being superb.

That's why i don't look too much into them.

True, however the players who go on to do superb are usually the ones who made the most effort. Shelvey, Pacheco, Ibe, Sterling, Morgan, Aquilani where everywhere. Adam may have a teriffic passing ability, but I don't think he's suited for 4-3-3.

Also, although it's being reported as £15million, local papers here say it's closer to £10million, with potential add ons, and allot of that money is in installments.

Was nice to see Lucas back. I don't understand why people where concerned when he backed out of one challenege, because in my opinion he was told not to, due to the fact that it was a meaningless friendly, and that he is 2 months ahead of schedule in terms of recovery. His mental strength is incredible, and I personally view him as a potential future captain. Our match against Roma on Wednesday"?" will be a better test. All the England lads are back today, so I doubt they'll play.
