Went and saw it tonight... Was literally amazing. Better than the other three by FAR. I'd definitely recommend you all see it! :)

In case any of you are curious about the plot:

-The Incredible Spiderman is the storyline with Mary Jane as Peter's Girlfriend, Goblin, etc. Where Peter emits webs from his glands.

-The Amazing Spiderman is the storyline with Gwen Stacy as Perter's Girlfriend, Reptile, etc. Where Peter adapts all the abilities from the spider except for the web glands. Instead, he designs devices that attach to his wrist and require small cartridges to replenish webs (each cartridge is good for 300m of webs).

I understand this is actually fairly canon in some of the renditions but it just sounds so bloody strange to me.

I suppose this is because unlike others, I was never a big comic fan as a child and am very slowly making up for it now, so my experiences with Spider-Man are limited primarily to the movie. It's similar with most other heroes with the exception of Batman.

But you know what confuses me?, surely Emma Stone pulls off Mary Jane the best.

Mind you...

That is somewhat creepy.

You'll notice that Andrew Garfield fits the role of Spiderman a lot more. Classic.

I thought the love interest wasn't Mary Jane, but that blonde bitch who died or something.

Yeah, I think that Gwen does die at some point in time with the 'Amazing' series.
