Well, it seems a form of cheating, so I have posted it here, take a look at the rec, you need to scope on sniper, and then you will see the bug.

renaming .bmp to .jpg doesn't do anything, please next time convert the files to a new format (in Paint or any similar program, click Open > Save As)

It might be, although there should be a mod/mutatar to block it, as people can use it as cheating.
