Thats one big file, next time try using jpeg format. :)
A couple of questions.

1.) Have you tried reinstalling Deus Ex ?.

2.) Did you recently delete/move/edit any files in Deus Ex folder ?.

3.)What version of windows are you using ? XP/VISTA or maybe Linux ?

So download that core.zip, and place the file within it into DeusEx/System :)

Edit:It still isn't working and I cant uninstall for the same reason :cry:
