I'm testing some textures I made myself but there's something wrong.

Project Clock

Settings

Hours

• MaxFrameRate=0.000278
• MinFrameRate=0.000278

Minutes

• MaxFrameRate=0.016666
• MinFrameRate=0.016666

Seconds

• MaxFrameRate=1.000000
• MinFrameRate=1.000000

As you can see from the demo, when the seconds are 43 or 45 the minutes counter goes +1

What's wrong ?
