UnrealEd Problem

When ever I open UnrealEd, I get a Bad Name Index GPF.
Can anyone help me :?:

The error window is covering up the log. Seeing the log would help.

Don't add DXMTL152b1 or any other DXMTL152b1 extending mod in the EditPackages.
