Clue for graphic.

Postby BadVirgil » Mon Mar 03, 08 10:09 pm

Hello all! I'm new and i want to give you something that can help your graphic.

If you have the direct3D support. Or if you don't have:

Go on Start/All programs/ DeusEx/ DeusEx safe mode.
after you do that, a window will open. Press the third line (Change your 3D video device). Take the direct3D support.

Close DX and go in the C:\DeusEx\System and double click on Deusex.ini and go on the line [D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice] and set:
Translucency=True
VolumetricLighting=True
ShinySurfaces=TrueCoronas=True
HighDetailActors=True
UseMipmapping=True
UseTrilinear=True
UseMultitexture=True
UsePageFlipping=True
UsePalettes=True
UseFullscreen=True
UseGammaCorrection=True
DetailTextures=True
Use3dfx=True
UseTripleBuffering=True
UsePrecache=True
Use32BitTextures=True
DescFlags=1
dwDeviceId=737
dwVendorId=4318
UseVertexFog=True
UseAGPTextures=True
UseVideoMemoryVB=True
UseVSync=True

And at the line [SglDrv.SglRenderDevice] set :
Translucency=True
VolumetricLighting=False
ShinySurfaces=False
Coronas=True
HighDetailActors=True
ColorDepth=32
DetailTextures=True
FastUglyRefresh=True
TextureDetailBias=Far
VertexLighting=False

And now you have all on high texture!

When you will open dx or when you will do ESC, a pre-cashing will be set. That totaly NORMAL. ok that very tired at long but it set for the game are always good.

Thank you!
If you have any suggestion, call me, in this topic
