Deus Ex Alpha

Deus Ex has suddenly decided that it wont properly process the right hand audio. Its only Deus Ex thats doing this, it is able to process the left channel on 2.0 and on 5.1 it can process the rear left, front left, center and subwoofer channels.

But on the right channels (rear + front) it just makes a HORRIBLE screeching sound!

Could it be because of a Defragmentation of the HD? <I did one last night and let it run fully without error>

Any Ideas why i have lost my right sound channel?
