Nah I doubt it. You can pick up the basics of mapping quite fast if you got someone showing you some techniques and using Tack's website.

It's not very easy: you need to make and import a new texture with translucency (= "masked texture") with that sign, then make a sheet, fill it with your new texture and place it as close as possible to the wall, but not on the wall itself
