Deus Ex Alpha

When ever i enter a server and when the round changes my deus ex keys reset and i have to change them every time. I cant even save binds and other stuff. They all reset.

Dear venom! Please, please read this sticky. "WTF" is a bad topic title!

You need to make changes in your Defuser.ini as well as User.ini, this is a common bug of Deus Ex SlimLine (and the worst one).

It's a common bug in Deus Ex. Please, a small tip is, don't edit binds ingame. Just edit the .ini's manually. Deus Ex has different settings for Multiplayer and singleplayer, as they have two fields (for MP & SP) in the ini file.

When you edit the settings while you're in a server, they are reset as soon as a new match starts.
So either try setting your binds while you only just started Deus Ex (while that doesn't work always either), or just edit the .ini's manually, or use this (Thanks Andrievskaya Veronika!)

There is nothng that shows wat i have to change in user.ini and dues ex.ini

Incidentally any other settings you may try to change won't stick if you do them whilst connected to a server.

In fact, many (e.g. brightness) won't even budge while you're connected.

Kinda irrelevant but thought I'd point it out (it's irritating at times).

yea i got that link. But ales i tryed doign it manually but it still resets
