Server Info - Adding Fields

There are a few servers in the list which have "Server Location" as a field in the server info list.

How do ya do that, please?

Umm, Open your DeusEx.ini

Find the line


[Engine.GameReplicationInfo]

And then Add this line

ServerLocation=Anything

Nephthys has a feature of adding custom fields to the /query/ but I've never managed to get it to work.

Nor me. I know why, though. That's for programs such as Xfire and I think DXSL.

EDIT II: Nephthys doesn't support it for in-game browser. Only stuff like Gamespy arcade/Q-tracker/Xfire.

Well.. guess you will need to ask someone who hosts with serverlocation.. lol

That a bit tricky.
They don't insert new lines, like
ServerLocation..

They put everything in the AdminName line for instance.
AdminEmail=em@il
AdminName=blabla                ServerLocation=Moon

They simply add so much spaces between the admin name and the fake server location, that the DX Join screen, automatically puts the serverLocation thing into a new line.
So, it looks like it's a separate information.
