Could it be a failing graphics card or?

about 30 seconds ago i tried to join a server, when i got into the server i had this problem, it was fine about 3 am, but i was playing crysis, and i think i may of destroyed my card. :$ any ideas?
And my FPS is screwed too, its like 1fps on the start, and everything is fuzzy.

Probably your PC wasn't strong in my opinion, it got fried when you played Cyrsis. probably you kicked your PC when you were playing the game, and it got shacked and well, your PC'S Videocard == fried.
Guess you can try restarting, have you? and.. good luck.

Face it, your Videocard is fried, good bye, you wasted your money... in the videocard...
My tips, but a new one, no more ways to fix your problem.
