DX Won't Run - Error On Startup

Postby Shinobi » Sun Apr 24, 11 9:13 pm

Hey all.

I'm getting an error on startup of DX. I have a server running of this very same installation of DX, which works fine, but trying to run the game is giving me an error. Note that I get the error whether the server is running or not.

Also, I have 5 installs (don't ask lol) of DX which all use same renderer and same add-ons, mods etc (which is basically DXMTL152b1, MiniMTL222, New Vision, HDTP).

This is the error message:

Do you have error's often with that amount on installs?

-and are they all on the same partition?

Problem solved. Reinstalled. It was ONE of the .u files, dunno which one. I backed up everything else, and then put it all back. Easy easy.

It wasn't deusex.u or engine.u though.
