some people don't know know how to open their ports even with a tutorial.. Its not as explanatory as a real human being who knows what to do, doing it right beside the other one.

Of-course being taught verbally is better than reading it. I mean, take music lessons for example, your much more likely to develop your musical talent with a music teacher and lessons a few times a week than you are teaching yourself. Saying that, my older brother taught himself guitar. Took him a while though.

its majin, and because one of their members asked me to join. So i asked the leader to join, and they approved, also approved on me being admin of their forum, so i fixed that up too. I play under EL tag for augs and under [4] tag in 0 augs.

there are two guitarists in my band and the one who has taught himself for one year is just as good as the one who had lessons for a few years
another friend of mine sits and plays for about 4 hours a day!
i think that you have to be very motivated though to do it that way
