What should we be looking for exactly?

Highest available settings - LodBias -10, AA 16, AF 16, Alpha Masking etc.

Tested out with high poly weapons. Results: Clearer, sharper, way better than DirectX 8 and OpenGL and performs very smooth.

All the textures in the weapons are higher than 256 x 256 - and they seem to have no quality loss or resizings! This is apparent in the 3rd screenshot - the assault gun retains its original quality, while the other guns are much sharper. LOD loss doesn't seem to show (with other DirectX, a part of the gun would seem "broken off" if viewed from a distance)

Nice find.

EDIT: More screenshots. The first is a demonstration of the world textures and sharpness:

The second one is a comparison of OpenGL and DirectX 10. The comparison was made using an aim-down view of a weapon. The difference is very clear.

DirectX 10:

Wow - That's quite impressive. I'm going to try and download and give it a go after giving it a virus scan. (I don't trust anything this good to be true D=)

which of the 8 versions did you guys use?
I tried installing, DX went laggy and when I found the advanced options it said the renderer had failed to load and gave me no options. Any ideas why that is? it looks like its in the right place,

You have DirectX 10 installed, but that does not means your video card supports it. What is your video card?

I thought I posted in these threads.

Problem with this it isn't true graphical improvements, everything looks oiled up and in plastic wrap.

That's not this one - that's the ENBSeries which makes everything look as if it has a huge condom stretched over it

Oh right. Yeah I hate that one. Is this the same one used in 2027 because I liked the look of that one.

For what?

Here it is, regardless: http://zalil.ru/33860855

There's additional weapons in there. To aim with the M4 just press the switch ammo key.

Clyzm Hi,

I suspect Mr Jensen might be our chief tester on the Hengsha project. The server will have weps from Clyzmsmod and some of the single packages you gave me previously. We've credited you of course and there's an opportunity to blog or be interviewed about your work, for the Eidos Montreal site.

not sure if any screenies have weps yet, but I think the weps can be seen in the video.
